Four-piece punk group DEB5000 from Auckland released their first EP last year on Wrought Material. Since it sold out fast it later got an Australian release on the tape label Under Heat. Debutante is actually the work of seasoned musicians from the local scene, two of which met while helping out at a Girls Rock! camp. The 5-track tape is still available or up for grabs as a free digital release.
