BSS is Luigi Vittorio Jansen from Amsterdam, one half off the duo Beesmunt Soundsystem. Now working as a solo artist, BSS has just released a new EP on Dekmantel called Suikerplein. The 5-track 12″ explores ominous electro sounds as well as atmospheric electronica in a tribute to the city and various places in Amsterdam of significance to the artist. It’s a beautiful record that is both haunting and memorable.
