Desert Liminal is a Chicago trio that began as a duo fronted by Sarah Jane Quillin, with the Static Thick album from 2017. Quillin also played in a band with Emily Kempf of Dehd, called Heavy Dreams. Adding violinist Mallory Linehan, Desert Liminal have just released their second album on Whited Sepulchre. Glass Fate is a 9-track album that might appeal to fans of Circuit des Yeux or Exploded View.
