Lily We Need to Talk Now is the first proper album from Brooklyn-based artist Lily Konigsberg (also in Palberta). The 11-track album came out a week ago on Wharf Cat and also features Palberta drummer Nina Ryser on most tracks. It’s finely executed pop album that will definitely land among this year’s best releases in its category. In many ways it’s even more impressive than Palberta’s LP from earlier in the year, ranging from groovy to earnest to delicate.
