It’s an Action is a new label out of Michigan and they put out their first tape last month. It’s a benefit compilation with the purpose of supporting “families in my area housing kids who were formerly imprisoned at the US/Mexican border, as they try to reconnect them with family” in the founder’s own words. It rounds up 14 punk bands including the great Kaleidoscope from New York, Uranium Club and Smirk. Also appearing is one of my new favourite bands Chronophage from Austin, with a new track. The cover art was done by ANTI, previously know as ‘Jimmy’ on youtube.
