Here’s a new project from the Cincinnati crew behind the label Future Shock (previously Wasted Tapes). Kratt is an anonymous minimal wave artist, but if I’d had to guess they’re probably affiliated with The Serfs/Crime of Passing. Through the Body is a captivating 5-track EP that ticks all the right boxes by twiddling the right knobs. Opening track “White Knuckles” is probably the most eclectic, with noise elements and a long long outro.
