You may remember Chicago’s The Sueves for their amazing debut LP on Hozac back in 2016. No? You can make up for that by picking up their third LP Tears of Joy that came out via Magicatalog back in March. It’s a 14-track record of inventive punk from the band that once counted Cut Worms’ Max Clarke as part of their line-up. Andy Martin also played in Kentucky lo-fi duo Todayshits (whose claim to fame is putting out 200-track album King of Slop a few years ago).
