Lewis Thompson from Newcastle, UK, is a person of many talents. Besides running the Soft Verse label and singing in the experimental shoegaze group New Horror, Thompson also plays in hardcore group Sod and makes electro as Mick McCarthy. Real Terms is the most recent project from the prolific artist, with a cassette released six months ago. The album Some Ruins is Real Terms’ debut on another well-known Newcastle label Opal Tapes. The cassette was released today, featuring 7 tracks of new beat and acid house-inspired music.
