Hante. or Hélène de Thoury as the artist’s real name is, has just released a new album called Morning Tsunami. It’s the much anticipated follow-up to 2019’s Fierce, after which de Thoury has focused on writing music for the Paris duo Minuit Machine. The new Hante. album is dark and cinematic, released along with three videos. “Wasting Time” in particular, sounds like a lost classic from the mid-80s, but all 9 tracks are excellent.
