Snooper is a new outfit with an ex-member of Nashville’s Spodee Boy. Connor is joined by Blair on vocals here and they’ve already put out two 45s. The first one (Music For Spies) came out last autumn on Australian label Computer Human Records and in May it was followed by their self-titled EP in May. This 5-track smash hit came out on Italian label Goodbye Boozy and comes in a beautiful sleeve created by Ian Teeple. Of all the Devo-emulators out there, this is among the most inspired. “Bed Bugs” is one of the best under-the-minute-mark tunes of the year.
