Nice Biscuit are back with a new EP, and it’s about time. It’s been half a year since their previous release – the excellent Create Simulate EP. With the first track “Passing Over” the group are taking some cues from more well-known Australian groups like King Gizzard and Mildlife, but cooking up a stew to their own recipe. The twin voices of the group is still their hallmark, weaving together a mood that is as comforting as it is pensive. Not much unlike Habibi come to think of it. “The Tower” is the second single from Passing Over and both tracks have excellent videos to check out.
