Glasgow label Still Distant, run by New Town Ground and Paulitical, is celebrating one year of existence with this compilation to be released in a couple of weeks. Vol. 1 – 1 Year Anniversary is a tour-de-force of local talent like Swærm and Kenny Campbell. Swærm had an excellent record out on Still Distant earlier this year, as did Paulitical. Naturally, both him and New Town Ground appear on the compilation, which has 19 tracks all in. There’s also Evil Dust from London, the amazing Polish producer Berlin Bunny.
