Nite Fruit is a new duo from Melbourne who released their first EP Disintegrate themselves last year. Kitty (they/them) and Prani (she/her) got the “idea of making music together one night on a sweaty club dance floor”. Their music has similarities to artists like BABii, Deb Never, Charli XCX but also underground Australian artists like SaD or Greta Now. Their latest single “Obsessive” came out a couple of days ago and they’re hosting a single launch at Colour Club at the ned of the month. It’s partly a tribute to Sophie, who tragically passed away earlier this year. More singles have been promised soon.
