Kidä is a sound designer and composer from New York who might have invented the psychedelic RnB sound with her forthcoming debut Burn to Make It Glow. We recently wrote about her contribution to the Le Beirut compilation and she just released the new single and video “Souvenir”, which was created by Sam and Andy Rolfes. It’s definitely my favourite video of 2021 so far. Kidä’s real name is Ava Leoncavallo and she is releasing the record through her own company A Portal to Jump Through, which can already count Prada, Gucci and Love magazine as clients.
