Cinerama Adventures is a new music project from Dutch electro maestro DJ Overdose (who just released a double-LP on L.I.E.S.). The new 12″ Cinerama Adventures is credited to the fictive pseudonyms Leipe Wesens and Zacharias Heronimus, who sound like early 20th century actors or writers. The Wesens a-side “Plain and Simple” has a distinct early 80s sound with brittle synthesisers and pop vocals. The Heronimus side sounds like a lost funky italo track, called “Erotica XXX”. Both sides also have an instrumental version that is perfect for the club.
