Budapest-based label Dalmata Daniel are ready to release their very first longplayer in a couple of weeks. Second Sun is the new album from Dutch West Coast artist Roberto Auser, who has been making music for a decade already. With several releases on Pinkman and a great EP on Femur from 2020, the new LP sees Auser return to electro after working on movie soundtracks and ambient projects. The label calls it “the purest album-like experience of Robert Auser so far” and I must agree. This kind of music often becomes repetitive in the LP format, but Auser continues to fascinate us throughout.
