The regrettably named Flaccid Knob is a duo from Berlin consisting of Nadja Kurz and Per War-Berg (of bands like Urin and Piss). Making weird electronic music bordering on sound art, they’ve released a handful of EPs – including a tape on Die Plattenfirma. The sister label of Robert P’s Die Plattenfirma, Quality Music, are about to release their first longplayer a few weeks from now. Mit Schwung in die Zukunft consists of 10 tracks of mutant synth-punk and was meant to be the label’s second release, so it’s been delayed to say the least. But it’s incredibly good.
