The Los Angeles group Tashaki Miyaki, led by songwriter Paige Stark, have announced the release of their second album in April this year. Castaway arrives four years after debut The Dream. While they may have made a name for themselves with covers compilations, doing amazing dream pop renditions of their favourite bands, their own material has been worth the wait. Listen to the first track “Gone” and make sure you check out last year’s single “I Came” as well (although it won’t be on the album). The LP will be released by Metropolis.
