It’s almost been a year since the release of Vacant Gardens’ debut LP. The duo of Glenn Donaldson (The Reds, Pinks & Purples, Skygreen Leopards) and Jem Fanvu who has performed with Tune-Yards are returning with another longplayer for SF label Tall Texan this spring. The new album is called Obscene and promises more of the same shoegaze greatness. The first single and title-track is now streaming on youtube. It’s got a dreamy sound with acoustic guitar and feedback dragging along in the background. The video was shot by Donaldson in San Francisco.
