LA psychedelic trio Triptides have stayed fairly quiet this year. They released a great single called “Latitudes” and cover of an early Gary Numan track. Otherwise it’s been two years since their last album. Luckily they have just returned with a new digital single and video called “Hole In Your Mind”. This one isn’t even on bandcamp, so it’s clear they’re not releasing this hoping to make any money. But it’s a real banger, with the video recorded at the Zebulon venue in LA, which has been closed for a good while now. Hopefully this is a taste of what’s to come on the next LP.
