Teste was a legendary techno group originally from Ontario. One of the members, David Foster, continued to release music under the name Huren until this day – but revived the Teste alias a few years ago when he started working together with the German artist Goner. Apart from releasing new material as Teste, Foster has also released a massive double-LP set on Long Island Electrical Systems (commonly known as L.I.E.S.) which is probably one of the most well-known NYC electronic labels. It’s a good fit since the music was originally created in mid-90s New York. Foster and Maischein finished the recordings and put them out as Graphic Depictions last August.
