Here’s the second of four compilations I wanted to tell you about today. Acero is a new label from Lima, Peru, who have put out two compilation tapes so far. Exhumación follows on from the 10-track tape from last year, this time with 14 tracks by artists from around the world. Most notably, it includes a new track from Colombia’s Filmmaker, called “Evildoers”. French artist Morgue turns in a bleak new beat-inspired track, and you’ll also find a nice contribution from Ofelia Ortodoxa here. Another name to note down is Magnum Opus from Colombia, whose “Poetic Murder” rocks the boat.
