Les anges noirs de l’utopie is a new exciting label from Brussels. Their very first release came out a couple of weeks ago and it’s a full-length album from Natali Kruger. Kruger (real name Garcia) is a French sound artist now based in Brussels, with a couple of prior releases as Baby Kruger. Operating in a landscape of IDM and electroacoustic music, her new album is the result of a research project about altered states of consciousness and trance. 83% Invisible is also conceived as a live performance, set in complete darkness to create a three-dimensional space. Kruger describes it: “snakes move & whistle on the walls, tigers run to the four corners of the room, it rains, we are caught in an earthquake…”
