NYC artist WTCHCRFT has been releasing music for the past five years, but has developed the sound a bit lately. This year the EPs Acid Vol 1 and Vol 2 have been released digitally on the artist’s bandcamp and takes a darker perspective on it’s mainly acid-based (you guessed it) explorations, such as “The Abolitionist” which is on the second volume, released in July. WTCHCRFT recently appeared on the Love Amazonia benefit compilation put together by Nightwave, with a track called “LMK” (let me know). Both of the recent EPs are worth checking out, and more volumes are coming.
