DP is the new project of Artem who plays guitar in St. Petersburg psychedelic rock group Futurat. In DP he plays drums, backing synth player and singer Natalie. They have just released their first tape, with a single track called “Double Hand”. The 10 minute number feels like just a small taste of what they might have in store. It definitely leaves the listener wanting more, that’s for sure. It’s a fairly abstract composition, bordering on noise, with its buzzing monotonous synth. Photo of Futurat by @hatefulfilm.
