ISS

ISS is punk duo outta North Carolina with an album on Erste Theke Tonträger under their belts. Back in September their new album with the weird title Alles 3rd Gut came out on Sorry State. The lyrics deal with pressing subjects like diet yoghurt and aroma therapy, and “Mac N Me” is probably not a snide remark to Mac Demarco but it would have been nice if it was. Furthermore, they have a new single out on Total Punk very soon. It’s the last 45 to be released on the Florida’s Drying imprint, that far outgrew its parent label. The cover has a hilarious letter written to the label owner, who apparently was “Too Punk For Heavy Metal” once. It’s also the lyrics to the single.
