Rat Revenge is a duo from Brisbane consisting of Dominique and Steven. They haven’t released anything for a while but I just stumbled across them and I have to admit their EP from last year is great stuff. I Hate Myself… But I Love Rat Revenge takes post-punk to the edges of goth, without making a mockery of itself. All three tracks are brilliant but “Fuck Me In the Graveyard” is as memorable as its title. It doesn’t look like they have any gigs coming up but I hope they’re still going strong.
