Blue Material’s self-titled mini-album that came out in April is some of the best lo-fi dance music released in years. Thom Gillies from Montreal recently formed this four-piece band and released the tape himself. After receiving quite a lot of attention, they then released a single on Bordeaux label Nice Guys. The new song is called “Personal” and features more irresistible funk with some delicious Rhodes.
