Australian artist Carla dal Forno has relocated to London after several years in Berlin, making abstract and minimal music. We had the pleasure of seeing her live in Sweden last year, after the release of The Garden EP on Blackest Ever Black. After a covers EP last year, she is finally back with a new album. Look Up Sharp is out now on her brand new record label Kallista. The first single “So Much Better” was the label’s first release, and just like the two sides of that, her second album shows off her impeccable taste in sounds. “I’m Conscious” is probably her most elegant pop song to date.
