Canine Apathy is another project from Thomas Hardisty (of Nun, Constant Mongrel and the great Woollen Kits). Earlier this year he released his first solo record on Nice Music, entitled Peace In the Plaza. It was indeed a peaceful record of instrumental synth-based compositions. On Canine Apathy’s tape Remakes, some playful drum machine beats are added to the mix. The ten tracks are roughly a minute long experiments that are just perfect for Hobbies Galore. Next week there’s a release event in Sydney at The Lady Hampshire (where I was a few days ago) together with G2G and The Baby.
