It still happens that I come across Melbourne bands that I’m astounded I’d never heard about before. One of them is lo-fi duo Good Morning (did I perhaps confuse them with The Good Morrows?), who have released three albums. The self-released The Option came out in April and it was short for most albums. But another 8 track record is coming out next week. Listen to “Garden” from Basketball Breakups which was recorded in Japan, and if you have time to spare you should also check out the interim single “Take It Easy For Me, Stranger”. Sadly, I missed their show with Primo! and SB last Friday because it was sold out.
