Mahne Frame is an Australian singer based in Tokyo, Japan. He released his first EP on Friday the 13th last week, and it’s called Kiss My Ass, Death. It was recorded in a local 7-Eleven apparently, I wonder what the customers thought of Frame’s abrasive electronic pop. I think this one might appeal to fans of for example Filmmaker, with its dark sound. The vocals are completely deadpan, brining a humour element to the darkness. There’s even a Keith Flint tribute song on the EP.
