The long-awaited fourth record from folk duo Kacy & Clayton will be out on New West records in little over a month. It’s been ages since the first single “Carrying On” was released. That’s also the title of the album, and by now two more songs have appeared. My favourite so far is “The Forty-Ninth Parallel”, where Jeff Tweedy’s production doesn’t seem to interfere too much with their natural sound. Having seen them live a couple of times now, I really think they should just stick to their live sound, because it’s amazing.
