Oakland punk group Neutrals are set for the release of their debut album, following two great cassettes. Emotional Response are putting Kebab Disco out on vinyl in a few weeks time. You can hear two of the tracks already, out of which “I Can Do That” is my favourite. Allan McNaughton’s almost spoken vocals with a Scottish lilt goes so well with the rhythm section made up of members of Terry Malts and Cocktails.
