I finally got a copy of this EP by The Orange, which is one of my favourites out of the many many fine releases on New Zealand label Flying Nun. I remember messaging Roger about this release after they went back to being an independent label and announced they would be making their back catalogue available again. Since then many of the most loved albums by The Chills, The Bats and others have been remastered and reissued in vinyl. And so much is now available on Spotify too. But still no sign of The Orange, which is a shame cause I’m really looking forward to hearing a newly mastered version, because of the poor quality of the vinyl pressing. Anyway, here’s to hoping!
