I just started using Daytum to keep track of my record buying, so I don’t let cost run away. I have been doing this anyway in Excel, but it’s cool give it some more visual appeal. For those not familiar with Daytum, it’s a simple and genial interface (and iPhone app) for keeping statistics. The design consist of dynamic displays one can create, tweak and move around freely. One of the designers Nicholas Felton is among the most well-known of the past decade and is now on Facebook’s payroll. There’ll be more about his Feltron personal annual reports in another post.
